Target launched a new employee welfare initiative in which it has decided to take care of tuition fee of all of it’s employees.
The initiative will benefit approximately 340,000 employees of Target.
These employees working in qualified shops and distribution facilities will be able to pick from 250 programmes at more than 40 schools and universities around the nation beginning on day one, eliminating the need to pay $ 1 to learn.
This is truly an amazing initiative.
Target certainly is teaching Corporates how to really educate it’s workforce.
